Is there any cost for tour customizing service?
Definitely not! You will not be charged for itinerary preparation or booking. No deposits are required until you decide to proceed with a booking.
Where does your assistance start?
We will be waiting for you at the arrival hall of the destination port/airport/station. Our services start and end at these international transport hubs. We encourage you to arrange your international airfare on your own since we know that the price quotes from internet based wholesalers for international transport are usually lower than what we could offer as a local expert.
Do you have recommended tour programs?
You will find off-the-shelf itineraries of different categories that include the most popular destinations in our website. These itineraries have been prepared upon our experience and include popular destinations and details. You can always ask us to customize these ready-made itineraries according to your needs and expectations or book any of them as they are and even combine them with one or more of these itineraries.
Could you arrange customized tours for groups as well?
Sure! Maybe the best way to enjoy your holiday is to have your friends and beloved ones around you. We have destination experts working not only for individuals but also private groups of different sizes. How long does it take you to answer my request?
All your requests will be handled and responded by our travel specialists in 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In case your request is for next year, than it may take a bit more longer than usual to collect all details and respond to you with a full proposal.

Where are you based?
Mediterra Holidays is an international travel company. Our sales offices are located in Istanbul and London. We work with several destination management offices in Turkey, Greece, Egypt, Jordan, Israel and United Kingdom. We also cooperate with local tour operators in neighboring countries.
How do I book?
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. We accept payments bank transfer or credit card. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. In case reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the entire cost must be paid at the time of booking. For group arrangements, the payment plan will be advised by your representative.
How do I get the confirmation?
Before arrival, you will receive a confirmed travel itinerary by e-mail with all services noted along including local office contact details as well as emergency mobile numbers that you can reach for 24 hours.
Do you book international airfare?
Our packages and customized tours do not include the international airfare except the flights included in our multi-country combined tours. Our experience shows that you would be receiving a better quote by purchasing your international airfare through the internet or through a wholesaler.
How do I recognize you upon arrival?
Before your arrival, we will ask you to provide us your arrival details. According to these details, our driver will be waiting outside the exit door of the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. In some airports, we provide you a specific meeting point to meet with our transfer staff.
Will the transportation be modern and comfortable?
Your transfers will be provided by comfortable A/C non-smoking taxis/minivans/coaches. For transportation between destinations; we use flights, ferries and trains.
What will the accommodations be like?
In each itinerary, we provide you the details of accommodations so you can check them online.
What is overnight tax?
Overnight tax is a small fee charged to visitors who are staying in the country or city. The idea is that the funds generated from the taxes can then be poured back into tourism-related purposes, as well as maintaining landscapes and counteracting any damage caused by over-tourism. This tax is directly paid to the hotels at the time of check-in or check-out.
What about special dietary requirements ?
We will do our best to accommodate these but regret that we cannot be responsible for them. You will need to feel that you are in charge of your own diet and if necessary take vital foods with you.
Is vegetarian food available?
At all restaurants, hotels and cruises we work with, vegetarian food is served as well.

Do you have a non-smoking policy?
Both smokers and non-smokers are welcomed on our tours. Although, smoking is not permitted in flights, and tour buses/minivans, we do make plenty of convenience stops giving you the opportunity to smoke, use local restroom facilities, take a scenic snapshot or just relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Although non-smoking rooms are available in most of hotels, we can not guarantee the availability until we confirm your reservations.
