Athens / Delphi

Leave for Delphi via Thebes, Levadia and the picturesque village of Arachova, on to the slopes of Mount Parnassus (short stop). Visit the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios (Treasury of the Athenians, Temple of Apollo etc) and the museum. Afternoon free. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at Delphi.

2

Delphi / Kalambaka

Morning free. Leave Delphi for an interesting trip through Central Greece and the town of Lamia to Kalambaka. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight.

Meteora / Thermopylae / Athens

In the morning visit Meteora, among striking scenery, perched on top of huge rocks seem to be suspended in mid-air, stand ageless monasteries, where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine art. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae (short stop to see Leonidas monument) and Kammena Vourla.
Arrive in Athens early in the evening.

This tour includes a complimentary pick-up / drop-off service from your hotel or other predefined spots in Athens and surrounding areas. Maximum duration of this service to gather tour participants is approximately 1 hour.

The tour is bilingual, implemented in both English and French.

Clients staying at the coast will depart for their hotels, from tour terminal around 19:30 hrs.

Appropriate clothing is required to visit the Monasteries. Long skirts below the knees for the ladies and long trousers for the gentlemen. The monasteries, also, provide long skirts before every entrance. The ladies can choose and wear a long skirt over their clothing, during the tour, and return it, prior to their departure.
